Soriana in Mexico chooses Pricer’s two-way for further ESL deployment

Too many, it may seem counterintuitive that any retailer in Mexico, a country where the cost of labor is so low, would implement electronic shelf label (ESL) technology to handle their price changes.  So why has Soriana, Mexico’s second largest retailer, placed an initial order for the deployment of Pricer ESLs in 46 of their hyper and supermarket stores?

In fact, before placing this order with Pricer, Soriana had already installed ESLs in over 100 stores. Soriana’s committment to ESL technology proves there is a lot more to ESL technology than just cost savings in manual labor alone.  Soriana’s decision to invest and expand their use of Pricer’s ESL technology has also allowed them greater flexibility and control over their pricing strategies.  Soriana is not alone, there are already thousands of installations  around the world with retailers who understand the benefits of Pricer’s ESL technology which include but are not limited to cost savings alone.  Read full release from Pricer here:
